FALLOUT 76 CAMPS
ADVENTURE MODE
Fallout 76 CAMPS are sorted by their owner. All Fallout 76 CAMPS are built in adventure mode and can be visited in-game, generally as is, give or take some minor updates over time. Design concepts cover a broad range of themes, from dilapidated to cute to modern to brutalist, and anything in-between. Some are in water, some near water, some on clifftops and some in treetops, some dreamily not concerned with gravity. Many have practical workshops, but not all. Linked shelters can always be accessed directly or via a basement lobby. Difficulty level estimates are based on the building restrictions at the time of construction.
I’ve had a lot of fun creating these CAMPs, and I hope you enjoy them too.
INSPIRATION, ORIGINALITY AND IMPROVISATION
CAMP design inspiration can be anything from a vague idea to a reasonably complete plan, perhaps inspired by a random thought, maybe a song I heard, maybe a music video I want to make, perhaps by something I saw in the real world, but almost never by any other CAMP build I see. I rarely watch camp showcase or tutorial videos, as I don’t want to borrow too much from others, although somewhere somehow it is inevitable that ideas get re-interpreted, even if only subconsciously. I typically don’t try to be “immersive” within Fallout 76’s junky world, preferring each build to be fully immersive within itself. Many techniques are self-discovered through trial and error, aimed at bringing a concept to life rather than showing off a skill. (Usually - OK, sometimes I have some fun just to confuse people!)
